1. Who controls your data

OpenSpeaker is operated by Vivoo Global CO., LTD. In this policy, “OpenSpeaker”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator. This policy applies to openspeaker.ai, the OpenSpeaker application and related public APIs.

Questions or data-rights requests may be sent to vivoo.global.network@gmail.com or through the support channel available inside the application. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Depending on how you use OpenSpeaker, this may include:

  • Account data, such as email address, user identifier, language preference, authentication records and account settings.
  • Transaction data, such as purchased plan, amount, currency, credit balance, payment status and processor transaction identifiers. Payment providers may process additional payment details under their own policies.
  • AI-workflow content, including prompts, scripts, uploaded audio or images, reference files, pronunciation rules, voice samples, generated outputs, task settings and feedback.
  • Technical and security data, such as IP-derived region, browser and device type, timestamps, request logs, error records and fraud or abuse signals.
  • Analytics data, such as visited page paths, session information and interaction events, only when optional analytics has been accepted where consent is required.
Sensitive voice data

A voice sample may be biometric or otherwise sensitive personal data when it can identify a person. Upload it only when you are the speaker or have valid, documented permission from the speaker.

3. How we use data

We process data for specific purposes, including:

  • Providing requested generation, conversion, storage, download, account and credit functions.
  • Authenticating users, processing transactions, preventing abuse and protecting the platform.
  • Providing support, handling complaints and restoring eligible credits for failed tasks.
  • Measuring site performance and product usage when optional analytics is enabled.
  • Debugging, evaluating quality and improving OpenSpeaker in accordance with the AI Data Use Policy.
  • Meeting legal, accounting, regulatory and law-enforcement obligations.

4. Permission and lawful processing

We process data when it is necessary to perform your request or agreement, when you have given valid consent, when required by law, or when another lawful basis applies. Consent is requested separately where the law requires it and may be withdrawn for future processing.

Consent to optional analytics or to using personal content for model training is not a condition of purchasing or using the core service. Silence, inactivity or merely continuing to browse is not treated as consent.

5. AI evaluation, improvement and training

OpenSpeaker may use eligible prompts, inputs, outputs, ratings and technical task records to evaluate, secure and improve its systems. Personal data and identifiable voice samples are used for model training only when a valid permission or other lawful basis specifically allows that use.

Where a separate training choice is offered, declining it does not prevent ordinary use of the service. Withdrawing consent stops eligible future processing; it may not reverse aggregate statistics or lawful training work already completed where removal is technically impossible or not legally required.

Do not upload confidential material

Do not submit trade secrets, government secrets, highly sensitive personal data or third-party material you are not authorized to process.

6. Service providers and international processing

To complete your selected task, OpenSpeaker may send the necessary content and settings to the relevant connected voice, audio, music, image, cloud, storage, authentication, payment or security provider. We also use Google Analytics for Firebase for optional website analytics.

Some providers process data outside Vietnam. Their location, retention and independent processing may be governed by their contracts and policies. We use contractual, technical and organizational controls where required and do not sell personal data.

7. Retention and security

We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, account and transaction records, security, dispute handling, backups and legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type, tool and upstream provider.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, isolation and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security; please use a strong password and avoid uploading material that would cause serious harm if exposed.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to know about processing, access or correct data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, request deletion, obtain information about sharing, or lodge a complaint.

  • Cookie preferences can be reopened from the footer on any page.
  • Account and content requests can be submitted through in-app support or vivoo.global.network@gmail.com.
  • We may retain records that are required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

9. Children and policy changes

OpenSpeaker is not directed to children. A person under the age required to enter a binding digital-services agreement must use the service only with valid permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy when the product, providers or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, presented for renewed consent.
